Article Reflection
Time management has long been a personal challenge for me, especially when it comes to procrastination. I’ve often found myself delaying tasks or rushing through them under pressure, which not only affected the quality of my work but also increased my stress levels.
Through digital skills training, I’ve learned the value of creating a weekly planner and carving out dedicated focus time. These strategies have helped me stay organized, reduce last-minute rushes, and accomplish more with greater clarity. I now have the space to review the content and quality of my assigned tasks, allowing me to pay closer attention to detail—an area I’ve been advised to improve.
This shift has not only enhanced my productivity but also helped me cope better with workplace demands. I feel more in control of my time and more confident in the work I produce.
